Frequently Asked Questions

Can I check in before 14 PM?

Yes, It is possible to check in earlier then 14 PM. But do check the possibilities with the reception because sometimes this is not possible. We know this on the day of arrival. If it is not possible you can store your luggage in the luggage room.

Until what time can I arrive at the hotel?

The reception desk is available day and night. If you want to know until what time you can arrive with your reservation please contact the hotel before you arrive. T. +31 20 645 55 58

Can I check out later than 11 AM?

Yes, it is possible to check out later. Please discuss this with the reception desk. Sometimes there could be an extra charge for it.

Where can I Park my car?

You can park your car free of charge next to the hotel building.

This is a 2 minute walk from the hotel.

This is a 4 minute walk from the hotel.

Both parking facilities offer charging stations to charge your electric car.

Do you have a hotel bar?

Yes, we have a cozy bar where we serve great meals and drinks. 'The Globe' is open every day from 5 PM.

How far is Schiphol Airport from your Hotel?

With public transport the airport is just 35 minutes away. Check the website www.9292.nl for the details or contact the reception. With a taxi or by car you can get to the airport within 20 minutes. 

How far is Amsterdam Centrum from your Hotel?

With public transport you can get into the city center Museumplein within 40 minutes. If you would like to go to Central Station it can take a little longer. Please check the website www.9292.nl for details or contact the reception.

Can I bring my pet in the Hotel?

Only guide dogs are allowed in the hotel.

Can we stay with four people in one room?

No, that’s not possible.  But we do offer two family rooms with a connecting door if you want to stay with 3 or more people.

Can I pay with a € 200 or € 500 note?

We only accept banknotes up to € 100.
